In a year where the Oscars have garnered serious criticism for their predictability and lack of diversity, there has never been a better time to have a little fun with the nominees. While most of the films are deserving of the critical attention they’ve received, all are pretty ripe for parody. And, if you haven’t already had enough of this from the serial pisstakers at Honest Trailers, UK site The Shiznit have made you a bit of visual guide to the year’s biggest films.

Enjoy.

foxcatcher

Foxcatcher is nominated for Best Actor, Best Director, Best Original Screenplay, Best Supporting Actor and Best Scene Of Channing Tatum Binge-Eating Cake While Wearing A Lycra Leotard.

gone-girl

Gone Girl is only nominated for Best Actress because all the Academy dudebros were a little scared of what Rosamund Pike would do if she wasn’t commended.

selma

Selma was somehow only nominated for Best Picture and Best Original Song as the Academy felt it very important to give themselves the worst publicity ever.

College Humour also got in on the action nailing Best Picture nominees The Grand Budapest Hotel and The Theory Of Everything.
