One Direction alumnus and newly-minted movie star Harry Styles bravely took on Fleetwood Mac classic ‘The Chain’ during a recent live set in the BBC Live Lounge.

Styles was at the Lounge to perform a few tracks before heading off on his highly-anticipated ‘Intimate’ world tour. After playing through recent solo hits like ‘Two Ghosts’ and single ‘Sign Of The Times‘, Styles and his band turned their attention to the Mac’s 1977 anthem.

They remained fairly faithful to the Mac’s original version — even going so far as to keep its iconic thumping tom drum.

It’s not the first time Styles has covered one of the band’s tracks. Earlier this year, he brought up Fleetwood Mac vocalist Stevie Nicks on stage at a club show in LA to sing three tracks with him: ‘Landslide’, ‘Leather and Lace’, and ‘Two Ghosts’.

The man himself will be in the country in a couple of months time to play just two headline shows in Sydney and Melbourne. If you’re thinking about heading along, you’re fresh outta luck: tickets sold out moments after they went on sale in May.
