We’re all getting excited about 2019 — we’ll all become better, stronger people, who are looking forward to becoming the vibrant, go-getters we were always meant to be. Or, if that sounds like too much effort, at least we have Brooklyn Nine-Nine Season 6 to look forward to!
I don’t think there’s been a more hyped season of television in the history of man — remember how we were all shocked and dismayed when the show was cancelled? Remember the feeling of jubilance and relief when we discovered the show was renewed for another season?
Remember the terror we discovered when Chelsea Peretti announced she wouldn’t be in the show as much? My god, what a Batman: The Ride of emotions.
The trailer is a straight-up Jake Peralta fantasy: a tall building, rappelling, an explosion, a chopper and an outrageous feat of heroics. Plus, there’s the unalloyed praise of his friends and superiors — honestly, this boy is so pure, I love him, is he the only good straight man?

As the trailer says, Brooklyn Nine-Nine Season 6 comes to NBC on Thursday January 10, but for Australian audiences it will air on SBS VICELAND at 8.30pm on Friday 11th January, and be available on SBS On Demand.
