The New ‘Wet Hot American Summer’ Trailer Is Gloriously Stupid, Features Absolutely Everybody
This is going to be so stupid, but SO good.
Fourteen years after the original cult film, Wet Hot American Summer is being reborn as an eight-part Netflix show. That could’ve been a terrible idea, only everyone from the original who’s gone on to be hideously successful has come back for the reboot.
Amy Poehler, Paul Rudd, Christopher Meloni and Bradley Cooper are all back, and they’ve brought an obscene amount of talent with them. Michael Cera, Jon Hamm, John Slattery, Kristen Wiig, Jordan Peele, Weird Al Yankovic; this thing is going to be ridiculous. And so, so stupid. But so good.
