Yesterday, Tony Abbott got fed up with his team always leaking inside information to the media and announced a no-leaking policy — which was immediately leaked to the media — that included the instructions to say that cabinet is “functioning exceptionally well” upon any pesky probing. Today, some anonymous hero — possibly even the same one who keeps leaking stuff — has listed an ad on Gumtree selling a cabinet that is “Functioning Exceptionally Well”.
Outstanding.
Gumtree user “Tony” describes the Canberra-located cabinet as in great condition, although admitting it “does leak from time to time”. It also comes with a bonus flag, is good at “stopping things” and is apparently nowhere near as chaotic as the last cabinet.
“As you can see from the picture, our cabinet is functioning exceptionally well. Pretty much ‘as-new’ condition. No damage whatsoever and no cracks beginning to show.
Keeps everything neat and tidy (the last cabinet we had was chaos!).”
