With Splendour in the Grass kicking off tomorrow (!!!), now’s the time to put the final touches on your festival timetable. But with over 100 artists spread out over three days, that’s easier said than done — which is why we called in the experts to help you out.

We hit up a bunch of Byron-bound acts to see who they’ll be checking out over the weekend, from the top tier headliners to local faves. So get these sets on your schedule — and who knows, you could end up rubbing shoulders with some of your favourite bands in the mosh.

The xx

“They’re one of my favourite bands of all time and I’ve never been able to see them so I’m VERY pumped about this one.”

Confidence Man

“I got to see them at one of their own shows earlier in the year and it was incredible. Ever since then I’ve just wanted to see it at a festival because I feel like it was made for that festival energy.”

Lil Yachty

“I’ve been watching his videos and listening to his music for a long time. He has a crazy energy about him and it’s so contagious. Catch me at the front of the mosh going crazy to 1 ‘Night’ and ‘iSpy’.”

RL Grime

“He is the king of trap. I have some amazing memories from when he performed back at Field Day, without a doubt always plays a 10/10 set. He’s such a big idol of mine.”

Slumberjack

“Other than RL, these guys are one of the only other heavier trap/future bass artists, so it’s one of those sets where you get to go a bit crazy. Their live show is also amazing.”

Kuren

“Kuren and I have been great mates for a while and to see him perform to a big festival crowd will be amazing. He’s also got a crazy energy and unique vibe he brings to his live performance.”

Uhh…me?

“I’m planning something super special for this show. I have a crazy amount of unreleased material ready to perform. So many new singles, collabs and edits. Just can’t wait to play <3 <3 x”

“Thought we’d never get a chance to see them live so we’re really excited. Sugar and Clarence are huge fans so they’ll probably be camping out at the front row.”

The Lemon Twigs

“We went to see them at Glastonbury but couldn’t get into the tent, it was absolutely packed. Hopefully we have a bit more luck this time.”

King Gizz, Future Islands, Bonobo, Harvey Sutherland & Bermuda…

“Well, theres definitely a couple of clashes in there, but we’ll figure it out on the night.”
