Pass It On: Seth Rogen Singing The Theme To ‘Neighbours’ Is Way Better Than The Actual Theme To ‘Neighbours’

The promotion cogs are well and truly spinning for Bad Neighbours, a comedy from the people behind This Is The End, starring Seth Rogen, (Our) Rose Byrne and (Not Ours, Thanks) Zac Efron.

Opening in Australian cinemas on May 8, the film follows what happens when a rowdy fraternity moves in next door to a hip young family, and an all-out war is waged. I imagine there will be lots of drinking scenes and a few young guys pulling pranks with their shirts off, after which some people will learn a thing or two about themselves.

That is to say: here is Seth Rogen singing the theme to Neighbours. :D
