Lorde Made You A Playlist Of All Her Favourite Songs

With just over a month to go until Lorde finally releases Melodrama, hype for her new album is at fever pitch.
While she hasn’t officially shared any new Melodrama songs since ‘Liability’ dropped in March, Ella Yelich-O’Connor is helping fans pass the time another way — she’s put together a playlist full of her personal favourite tunes for Spotify.
Lorde’s called the playlist ‘Homemade Dynamite’, which also happens to be the name of a new song she premiered at Coachella.

Turns out Lorde has pretty diverse taste — her track selections range from Bon Iver, Weyes Blood and Paul Simon to Childish Gambino, Future and Kendrick Lamar. She’s even included some older cuts, like Nancy Sinatra’s ‘Bang Bang’ and ‘Definition’ from Mos Def and Talib Kweli’s legendary joint album Black Star.
Not one to shy away from a little self-promo, the playlist kicks off with Lorde’s own single ‘Green Light,’ and includes a new track from Bleachers, aka Jack Antonoff, who co-produced her whole new album.
Lorde’s album Melodrama will be released on June 16, 2017.
