Jesse Eisenberg Was Extremely Not Keen To Be Accosted By An Anti-Gay Protest In London

"That's so fucked up."

If the last week has proven anything, it’s that Britain is bad at democracy and needs to have a good long look at itself. Even leading pro-Brexit campaigners like Boris Johnson seem to be realising that, in the words of Gob Bluth, they’ve made a huge, tiny mistake.

But even after a massive overdose of political stupidity, there’s still enough appetite for it to fuel an anti-LGBT protest in the middle of London Pride. Even as thousands of Londoners marched through the city centre, a small group of anti-LGBT Christians waved signs and handed out pamphlets warning about the dangers of not hating yourself for Jesus or something.

Normally a little hate parade wouldn’t warrant a mention, but this particular one had the misfortune of trying to solicit actor Jesse Eisenberg. Turns out the star of Batman vs. Superman and The Social Network is less than keen on being yelled at about the sin of homosexuality by a middle-aged British man who looks like the Shelbyville version of Malcolm Turnbull. Rather than take a flyer, Eisenberg shook his head and replied, “That’s so fucking sad” before wheeling his tiny bike away to leave the weird sad people in his wake.
