Greens Politicians Keep Mysteriously Disappearing In This Auspol-Themed ‘Twilight Zone’ Parody
Richard Di Natale is losing his grip on reality.
The Greens’ calamitous fortnight gets a whole lot worse in the latest mashup from Insiders video whiz Huw Parkinson.
Inspired by the recent resignations of Scott Ludlam and Larissa Waters, both of whom were forced to relinquish their senate seats after it emerged they were dual citizens of New Zealand and Canada, respectively, this three minute Twilight Zone parody sees Greens leader Richard Di Natale scrambling to separate the facts from the fiction.
“A practical joke perpetrated by mother nature, and a combination of improbable events.” If that doesn’t sum up what the Greens have been going through over the past couple of weeks, I just don’t know what will.
Oh, and shout out to Di Natale’s infamous GQ portrait hanging on the wall in his office. That was a nice touch.
