A Cheese Truck Crashed And The Puns Are Un-Brie-Lievable
Perfect for fans of cheesy jokes.
Earlier this morning, a cheese truck carrying about 30 tonnes of cheese rolled on the Hume Highway near Goulburn, blocking both northbound lanes, but that’s only the first part of the story.
“Work is under way at the moment to remove the cheese and salvage the truck,”said a NSW Fire & Rescue spokesman. A refrigerated trailer standing by for the precious load of dairy. Let’s also take into consideration that the crash happened near a town called BREADalbane.
“It’s a lot of cheese,” Said the spokesman.
It’s important to note that nobody was injured in the crash, because the internet LOVES the unfortunate tale of the cheese truck, and they’ve expressed their admiration mostly in the forms of puns. And… they are not very gouda.
Even those irrepressible jokesters at the police department got involved, leading the charge with a decent Brie joke.

ABC Canberra also jumped on board, with a more highbrow Latin reference.
#cheesetheday One northbound lane has reopened on the Hume highway after cheese truck rollover. Driver unhurt. No description of cheese type or condition to hand.

And then it all went to hell, with no cheese pun left unturned. I’m not even going to try to participate, because apparently people know their cheese. Edam, they know their stuff.
Cheese truck overturns, blocks Hume Hwy. Wallace & Gromit fans sifting through de brie, CB radio cheddar busy, edam delays, locals hope for gouda news, road camembert not a factor, no fire no ash rind #Canberra #Goulburn #agripuns

Often people drink wine with cheese.
A truck hauling cheese crashed on the Hume Highway in Australia. Though no one was injured, experts believe it would have been better paired with an Interstate '95.

I guess I’m just glad people are having a good time, but I think they’ve gone whey too far. They need to curd their enthusiasm.
you mean cheesy jokes

you're right, multiple chees puns are too much. maybe i'll have to kraft some singles instead

But really, at the end of the day, it’s no joke that cheese is grate and we all love it.

I'd like a cheese truck to crash right into my face.
