The Trailer For The New Season Of ‘Black Mirror’ Is Here And It Is Extremely Stressful

Burn your iPhones and throw your TV remotes into the sea. Netflix has just unveiled the first teaser for the upcoming fourth season of its cult sci-fi show Black Mirror, to remind us all that technology is bad.

Season four will consist of six stand-alone stories with ominous titles like ‘Crocodile’ and ‘Arkangel’ and ‘Hang the DJ’. There’s also ‘USS Callister’, a seriously bonkers-looking Star Trek homage/rip-off featuring Fargo star Jesse Plemons.

Also in this teaser: a killer robot and a creepy blonde kid who, in all likelihood, is also a killer robot.

Netflix have recruited a number of prominent directors to helm episodes this season, including Jodie Foster and John Hillcoat. All six stories were written by series creator Charlie Brooker, presumably from the safety of a reinforced concrete bunker deep beneath the earth.

Black Mirror season four will premiere on Netflix later in the year.
