I don’t know if you heard, but yesterday afternoon, the Western Bulldogs won the AFL grand final. And boy, what a win it was. Over four of the most incredible quarters of footy in the modern era, the perennial underdogs slogged it out against the bookmaker’s favourite the Sydney Swans, before kicking away in the final quarter to take home their first flag in 62 years. 62 years. One elderly Dogs fan was so excited by the win that he legitimately had a heart attack right there in the stands and had to be revived by paramedics. He still insists it was the best day of his life.

The Greatest Love Story Of All: What This Grand Final Means To A Lifelong Doggies Fan

After the game, social media was flooded with reactions to the win by Bulldogs supporters and neutrals alike.

Comedian and diehard Doggies fan Wil Anderson called it the best day of his life.

Chris Hemsworth said the same, although he later clarified that it was equal with the day he met his wife. Good save buddy.

But when it comes to Footscray, one man stand out above all the rest: western suburbs furniture king Franco Cozzo.

Go the doggies! ????? YOU WIN FOR SURE! ???☝?❤@westernbulldogs
