From wearing fake teeth to drinking blood, TikTok users are making videos that look back at our obsessions with Twilight.

If you watched Twilight growing up, which you know you did, then you’ll instantly recognise this iconic song.

It’s a sound hard to forget as ‘Bella’s Lullaby’ by Carter Burwell plays during one of the weirdest, but most memorable, Twilight scenes. In the “you better hold on tight spider-monkey” moment of the first Twilight film, the majestic piano score starts to play.

For most teens and adults alike, ‘Bella’s Lullaby’ is a sound that we truly can’t forget. Whether you loved or hated the Twilight saga, those first piano notes instantly transport you back to 2008.

Before being a full-blown stan was even really a thing, #TeamEdward and #TeamJacob fanatics were carrying the success of the franchise on their backs. And for a lot of people on TikTok, Twilight, and ‘Bella’s Lullaby’ specifically, remind them of a simpler time in their lives — primary and high school.

The nostalgic sound, uploaded to TikTok by user @jasonwaud, has inspired people to share the Twilight-inspired things we all used to do in school but never told anyone about.

Like “smelling” your classmates blood when they walked into the room, like Edward did with Bella when they first met.

Or trying to convince everyone that you’re a vampire by only eating “blood” for lunch.

Oh, there was also “accidentally” rocking up to school wearing fake vampire teeth.

And even the simple act of changing your walking style to make people think you were “different”.

The little vampire quirk videos have become one of the biggest current trends on TikTok, with over 40,000 videos currently using ‘Bella’s Lullaby’.

And it’s not hard to see why — every video is just so damn relatable.

Plus the trend has only gotten better thanks to the unofficial king of the ‘Bella’s Lullaby’ audio, @hair_follicle. Michael has become quite popular thanks to his continuation of the Bella/Edward/Jacob/Renesmee story beyond the films.

The audio has even been adapted beyond the Twilight films, now just representing anything we did in school to look cool.

But at the end of the day, ‘Bella’s Lullaby’ will always belong to the film that took all our hearts, and brain cells — Twilight.
