In the most important news you’ll read today (sorry, Brexit) Foxtel have announced that next month they will screen back-to-back Fast and the Furious films in a spectacular marathon of cinematic brilliance, dizzyingly ambitious affects and girls in bikinis making out on the hoods of cars.

Ah, the memories!

Foxtel will begin airing the seven films in order of release (not chronologically, as all Fasties know that there’s an altered timeline) at 6AM on Friday July 8th (put in your leave form now) and will repeat the films on a loop until early Monday morning. It may seem crazy, but there’s a case to be made for watching all seven films in a row. To recap, these films are:

The Fast and the Furious: Point Break with cars.

2 Fast 2 Furious: The first one with Ludacris and Tyrese.

Fast & Furious: Tokyo Drift: The boring one in Tokyo that actually happens after Fast & Furious 6.

Fast & Furious: More car racing.

Fast Five: THE ROCK IS HERE.

Fast & Furious 6: Michelle Rodriguez is alive again.

Furious 7: Paul Walker’s last one :/

This year marks the 15th anniversary of the first film, and it’s hard to deny that since then, Fast and the Furious has become one of the most important blockbuster franchises on the planet — even Helen Mirren demanded to be in the next movie! Treat this marathon with great reverence, friends.
