Actress and musician Lisa Rieffel posted a video of her daughter singing a new song she came up with called ‘I Wonder What’s Inside Your Butthole’ and…it’s great.

I’ve had a lot of empathy for everyone’s different quarantine situations during these hard times, and a lot of that empathy has rested with parents who have had to be trapped with their children 24 hours a day, trying to entertain them. By empathy I mainly mean “god that sounds like hell to me personally, so it must be the worst.” I guess it really isn’t empathy then, and more concern about myself and what I would want. In any case, a video shared by actor and musician Lisa Rieffel of her daughter performing a new song made me realise what sort of gold can come out of kids being bored. It’s called ‘What’s Inside Your Butthole’, and it’s pretty self-explanatory.

It’s actually…..good? It’s no surprise, with her parents Lisa and Jonny both being musicians, members of alt rock band Killola. People are loving the song, with some even starting to do their own remixes.

It’s obviously a very funny and creative household, with a video supercut from 2018 showing Lisa tormenting her husband with loudly sung parts of Alanis Morissette songs.

Looking through the rest of Lisa’s hilarious twitter feed, I am obsessed with them all, and someone should give the family a TV show immediately.
