After existing in Australian geo-blocked purgatory for three months, Hulu’s Fyre Festival documentary, Fyre Fraud, is finally getting an Australian release.

The documentary, which dropped just days before Netflix’s own Fyre: The Greatest Festival That Never Happened, will air on Channel 7 this Sunday at 9.30pm.

It infamously features an interview with the Fyre founder himself Billy MacFarland — he was reportedly paid for the appearance — who is now serving a six-year prison sentence on fraud charges for his role in the fiasco.

And where Netflix’s Fyre tended to focus on how MacFarland managed to screw over so many people, Fyre Fraud takes a broader look at the impact of influencer culture on millennials.

Check out the trailer for Fyre Fraud below, and read our review of the Netflix doco over here.
