Supermodel Emily Ratajkowski has spoken out about Adam Levine’s infamous cheating allegations after her estranged husband Sebastian Bear-McClard allegedly cheated on her.

Ratajkowski took to TikTok to respond to a video blaming the “other woman” in an affair, with the model pointing out that we shouldn’t blame them for “men’s mistakes”.

“I don’t understand why we continue to blame women for men’s mistakes, especially when you’re talking about 20-something-year-old women dealing with men in positions of power who are twice their age,” she said. “The power dynamic is so skewed, it’s ridiculous. It’s predatory. It’s manipulative.

“If you’re the one in a relationship, you are the one who’s obligated to be loyal.”

She followed up with another stitch with the same original poster, in which she further elaborated on her point.

“I think a huge problem in our culture right now is that we just say, ‘Oh, men are monsters, they’re terrible, they’re horrible,’” Ratajkowski said. “We don’t hold them accountable and then we blame other women.”

“We ask women to adjust their behaviour instead of just saying men need to change their behaviour. It’s sexism. It’s classic misogyny,” she added.

Her comments come after the woman who made the original allegations against Levine claims her “morals were unknowingly compromised”.

“I was completely manipulated,” Sumner Stroh said in the original TikTok video.

Levine has since taken to social media to clear his name, admitting to talking in a “flirtatious manner” but denying actually having an affair.

“A lot is being said about me right now and I want to clear the air,” Levine posted in an Instagram story. “I used poor judgment in speaking with anyone other than my wife in ANY kind of flirtatious manner. I did not have an affair, nevertheless, I crossed the line during a regrettable period in my life, In certain instances it became inappropriate; I have addressed that and taken proactive steps to remedy this with my family.”

Ratajkowski split from her long-term partner Uncut Gems producer Bear-McClard back in July amid ongoing rumours of his infidelity.

Levine’s wife Behati Prinsloo is yet to respond to the allegations.
