Brad Leone is the internet’s favourite YouTube dad.

Part of the ever-so-popular Bon Appétit test kitchen crew, Brad has become a one of the main faces of the Bon Appétit brand. Star of It’s Alive With Brad and it’s spin-off, It’s Alive: Goin’ Places, Brad Leone has secured himself a spot as one of this year’s hottest YouTube food stars.

In that same category is Sean Evans from First We Feast‘s crazy popular series, Hot Ones. Hot Ones follows the same format each week: a willing celebrity, an insightful interview, and just a whole bunch of really fucking spicy hot wings.

Thanks to the newfound cult following of the stars of Bon Appétit’s YouTube channel, it was only a matter of time before Brad was placed in the hot seat. While Brad and Sean have collaborated in the past on the both the BA and First We Feast channels, the pair have yet to combine forces on Hot Ones. That is until today.

In a Thanksgiving special of Hot Ones, Brad and Sean are reunited over some seriously spicy chicken. And oh man, it’s a doozy.

The boys sit down and discuss everything, starting with what it means to exist as a personality on the internet. Sean then borrows some of the BA test kitchen’s biggest names, like Claire Saffitz and Chris Morroco, to take turns asking Brad some questions.

As the heat ramps up, Brad starts sweating. And I mean sweating. Profusely. He powers through to give some tips on the perfect Thanksgiving turkey while struggling through the heat.

Brad, in clear need for some wourder, dunks on mac ‘n’ cheese and unofficially declares New Jersey as the bagel kings of New York. Then, in typical Brad Leone fashion, the boys round out the episode with some lobster.

You can watch the most ambitious cross over in recent history for yourself right now:
