The Massive New ‘Avengers: Endgame’ Trailer Introduces The Team To Captain Marvel
Her and Thor are going to get along great.
Forget your fancy teasers. Marvel has just dropped a brand spanking new full-length trailer for Avengers: Endgame. And yes, Captain Marvel is officially on board.
The new promo begins by taking us back to the beginning, revisiting key moments from early Marvel titles including the original Iron Man, Captain America and Thor. It then jumps forward to a post-Thanos world where the remaining members of the team are doing their best to pick up the pieces. Broody Hawkeye makes an appearance (yay?) while we also see Rocket Raccoon working closely with War Machine (now that is a spinoff I would watch).
Of course, the two biggest moments come towards the end of the trailer. The first features the Avengers in sharp new matching uniforms, slow-motion walking to… well, we’re not really sure, but they don’t look like they’re just going out for lunch. The second confirms what we already kind of assumed: Carol Danvers, aka Captain Marvel, is officially joining the roster. And Thor very much approves.
