It’s tough deciding who to pick for your Fantasy Hollywood BFF Team when Jennifer Lawrence is getting freaked out by Jeff Bridges, Kirsten Wiig is dressing up as Michael Jordan and covering ‘Get Lucky’, and Alison Brie is wearing a Luigi hat at Comic-Con.

And then suddenly out of nowhere comes Aubrey Plaza, in the live-action role she was born to play: Daria Morgendorffer.

It’s a faux trailer for Daria: The Movie, which follows the deadpanned protagonist’s return home for Lawndale High’s ten-year reunion — organised, of course, by her A-type sister, Quinn. Jane has a baby and flat hair, Daria may be a journalist now, Mystic Spiral are changing their name again, and Sick Sad World has an iPad app.

Also, Trent is not nearly as dreamy as he was in high school, but isn’t that always the case?

Aubrey Plaza’s new film, The To-Do List, comes out this week in the States; no Australian release date as yet.
