The first trailer for the big screen Baywatch reboot is here and it is glistening. I hope you don’t feel good about your body, because you definitely won’t after watching this.
Directed Seth Gordon of Horrible Bosses fame, Baywatch is an action comedy set in an alternate universe where everybody’s shirt is half a size too small and nobody feels weird or anxious about how they look. Dwayne Johnson stars as Mitch Buchannon, who was played in the original television series by David Hasselhoff. I’ve often thought of Johnson as my generation’s Hoff, and I’m glad that now other people will too.
Johnson is joined by Zak Efron, Alexandra Daddario and a bunch of other attractive, funny people who probably also have really fulfilling personal lives and lots and lots of money. I hate this movie and everything it stands for.
