You know that woman who was filmed driving down a Melbourne alleyway without her front tyres? The woman who allegedly crashed into the front of someone’s house before fleeing the scene? The woman who police say blew nearly twice the legal limit when they finally managed to arrest her?

Well, it turns out she’s kind of a big deal.

The 53-year-old woman whose less-than-successful getaway made headlines on Thursday can now be identified as Danielle Vagner, co-founder of the $100 million fashion brand Kookai.

According to a report by 7 News, Vagner claims to have no memory of the incident, and believes a trip to the dentist earlier in the day may have been to blame.

Vagner’s ex-husband Rob Cromb, who co-owns Kookai, told 7 News that “obviously we’re very concerned and worried about her”.

“I’m sure she’s remorseful and disappointed,” said Cromb. “From my perspective it’s pretty sad and we’ll do everything we can to get her any help she needs.”

As pass-ag burns on your ex go, it was pretty fucking brutal.

In case you missed the Vagner’s misadventure the first time around, here it is again.
