Ever since Swedish House Mafia jumped on stage earlier this year for their somewhat-expected comeback show at Ultra Miami, fans have been clamouring for news of an official reunion tour. And, finally, they’ve come through with the goods.

The trio officially confirmed their return to the scene at a press conference yesterday, announcing a reunion show at Sweden’s Tele2 Arena on May 4 next year.

They’ll be following this show will a full-blown tour — although specific details of that one remain under wraps for now.

They also announced they’ll be performing a bunch of new tracks at the Tele2 conference, their first new music since 2012. If you’re gonna be in that neck of the woods in May, tickets to the Stockholm show go on sale Saturday, October 27.

Funnily enough, Swedish House Mafia placed at #63 in this year’s DJ Mag poll of the world’s top 100 DJs — despite having been out of the circuit for five long years. That said, it was hardly the weirdest thing about this year’s poll, which saw revered selectors like Nina Kraviz and Paul Kalkbrenner only just scrape into the ’90s, while frat boy duo The Chainsmokers landed at #31.

Needless to say, a stack of dance artists gleefully jumped on social media to join in the annual roasting of the poll, check out the reaction here.
