Every Trailer From Square Enix’s E3 Presentation, Featuring The Dollar Store Avengers
The video game Avengers look like you'd hire them to attend your three-year-old's birthday party.
There was some pretty good news for Final Fantasy fans at Square Enix’s E3 press conference today. Unfortunately, the news was less good for Avengers fans.
Square Enix held its E3 press conference today and, as expected, it featured a good amount of Final Fantasy.
This included an announcement that Square Enix is working on a remaster of Final Fantasy VIII, to be released later this year for PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch.
To help tide people over until then, Square Enix announced the surprise release of The Last Remnant Remastered on the Nintendo Switch eShop today. Romancing SaGa 3 and SaGa Scarlet Grace: Ambitions were also revealed as coming to the West, we got another look at Dying Light 2, and a brand new co-op shooter called Outriders was unveiled.
The presentation also gave us our first look at the upcoming Avengers game, which did a lot to dampen my enthusiasm. The Avengers look like the versions of the characters you hire to attend your three-year-old’s birthday party.
MARVEL: We wanna use ya'll likeness in the new Avenger's game.

There have been many iterations of Marvel’s superheroes through comic book history, and getting the rights to the Chris Evans and Robert Downey Jr.’s likenesses would have probably been complicated and costly. Still, I wish the video game Avengers looked less like hobbyist actors from the local community theatre.
Here are all the trailers from Square Enix’s E3 presentation, and well as the entire stream at the bottom of the article.
