What if The Office, but in space? That seems to be the basic premise for Netflix’s new workplace comedy inspired by Donald Trump’s very stupid Space Force, starring the one and only Steve Carrell.

According to a brief teaser trailer released by the streaming service on Thursday, the series is about the men and women of the sixth branch of the US armed forces, whose mission it is to “defend satellites from attack and perform other space-related tasks … or something”.

In addition to starring, Carrell will serve as co-creator alongside The Office‘s Greg Daniels. The actor will reportedly earn more than $1 million per episode, which seems like a lot given they’ll also have to pay to shoot him into space to film the damn thing. I’m pretty sure that’s how that works.

Space Force does not yet have a release date.
