A New ‘Solo: A Star Wars Story’ Teaser Dropped During The Super Bowl

The Super Bowl is on right now, which is nice for people who like American football. But for the rest of us there are Super Bowl ads and half-time shows to devour. And first off the rank is the teaser for the new Star Wars spin-off focussing on Han Solo’s origin story, which dropped during the big game’s first ad break.

And damn. It looks good.

We don’t have a lot to go on at this stage. There are a few quick shots of Donald Glover as a young Lando Calrissian. Emilia Clark is there as Qi’Ra, and Woody Harrelson make an appearance as Tobias Beckett.

The teaser ends with Chewy putting his arm around Han Solo (played by Alden Ehrenreich). As you’d expect, the teaser raises more questions than it answers. But we’ll get more info tomorrow when the first full trailer drops online.
