Ruby Rose Has Created A Pair Of Despicably Ugly Rainbow Crocs For Pride Month

They are called 'Just Love', which sounds like a threat.

Former Batwoman Ruby Rose has collaborated with Crocs to release a hideous pair of rainbow Crocs called “Just Love” for US Pride Month as a wonderful reminder that rainbow capitalism is very much still alive in an otherwise subdued Pride Month, as brands have instead focused on ‘supporting’ the Black Lives Matter movement.

As per Crocs, “few people embody a ‘Come As You Are’ attitude more than actor and model Ruby Rose”, so they partnered with her to release a special one-off rainbow Croc. They each having a unique ‘marbled treatment’, laces that say ‘Pride’ and backs that say ‘Just Love’.

And guess what? The company has made an undisclosed amount donation to GLAAD, meaning no proceeds from the shoes themselves aren’t actually going to any LBGTIQ+ organisations.

On Instagram, Rose said she “strongly believes” in the message behind the #ComeAsYouAre branded hashtag, and created the “Just Love Clog” to “help bring this to life”. Rose has previously partnered with Crocs for a ‘bold and distressed’ ’90s style Croc, joining the likes of Post Malone and country artist Luke Combs in being a multi-Croc designer.
