Red Dead Redemption 2’s Cinematic Mode Is Creating Beautiful Disasters
Cinematic Mode in Red Dead Redemption 2 is, undoubtedly, the most beautiful way to play the much-anticipated game from the rockstars at Rockstar. Especially if you want to take your horse to the top of a mountain. But there’s a problem. It’s not easy to see where you’re going, and this can have frankly hilarious results.
Switching between first and third person modes is a simple process, and gives you full control over your Arthur at all times — just from a different perspective. Cinematic Mode, with its sweeping angles, on the other hand…well, take a look for yourself.

When you consider the fact that these horses can do dressage (I’m not joking) these fails are some seriously epic feats.
Red Dead Redemption 2, a game about horses and the men who ride them, is out now on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. So you, too, can suffer the full consequences of my actions like only a white man in 1890s America can — hiding from the law in the bushes until they forget about you, and paying a $5 bounty to clear your name. All from the comfort of your lounge.
