In the latest of many, many music fundraisers for bushfire fighting and disaster relief efforts, three hosts of the ABC’s beloved Recovery are throwing a ’90s themed night in Melbourne.

Jane Gazzo and Dylan Lewis — who have recently been busy with their own spiritual sequel to Recovery on YouTube — are teaming up with Recovery’s film buff Leigh Whannell to throw ‘We Love The ’90s’ on Wednesday February 5 at Melbourne’s Spotted Mallard.

It’s the first time the three of them have worked together since the show finished in 2000.

The night will feature quizzes, Q&As and live music, with special guests including Jebediah’s Kevin Mitchell, comedian Jodie J Hill (aka ScaryAnne Kennerly) and DJ JNett, with more to be a surprise on the night.

Tickets are $20 via Moshtix, with all proceeds going to The Fire Relief Fund For First Nations Communities and Wildlife Victoria.

Last November, the ABC aired a documentary on Recovery for AusMusic Month, which is available on iView alongside a heap of archival footage.
