You’ve probably heard that Olivia Rodrigo made her Glastonbury debut over the weekend — the same weekend that most women’s reproductive rights in the US were radically curtailed.

So what better than for the 19-year-old to team up with UK pop icon Lily Allen to pointedly tell America’s Supreme Court Justices involved in the overturning of Roe v Wade to go and fuck themselves?

The landmark 1973 decision to protect women seeking to terminate pregnancy was backpedalled on Friday, after the court found there was no constitutional right to an abortion, which will empower nearly half of the states to ban the medical procedure.

“I’m devastated and terrified, and so many women and girls are going to die because of this,” said Rodrigo to the crowd after introducing Allen to the stage.

“I wanted to dedicate this next song to the five members of the Supreme Court who showed us at the end of the day they truly don’t give a shit about freedom.”

“This song goes out to the Justices Samuel Alito, Clarence Thomas, Neil Gorsuch, Amy Coney Barrett, and Brett Kavanaugh,” she continued, as Allen gave them all the finger — very elegantly, somehow.

“We hate you.”

The pair then launched into a nostalgic duet of Lily Allen’s legendary ‘Fuck You’ from her 2009 album It’s Not Me It’s You.
