NSW Court Of Appeal Has Ruled That Sydney’s Black Lives Matter Protest Is Now Authorised
This reverses the decision handed down by the Supreme Court last night.
The NSW Court of Appeal has overturned yesterday’s Supreme Court ruling, meaning the Black Lives Matter protest in Sydney today is now authorised.
Black Lives Matter protest organisers lodged the appeal this morning.
The authorisation comes as crowds are already gathering around Sydney’s Town Hall in smaller groups.
Protestors are encouraged to keep their distance whenever possible, and use hand sanitiser and face masks.
Court has ruled the protest is AUTHORISED!
