You know what it’s like — one day you’re casually tweeting about how your “cousin’s friend” allegedly had swollen testicles after the COVID vaccine, the next you’re beefing with prime ministers and getting chucked off Twitter. Life, it really does come at you fast sometimes.

Nicki Minaj has now been unceremoniously kicked off the bird app (that’s what she’s claiming on Instagram at least) after tweeting earlier in the week about her “cousin’s friend” having a reaction to the vaccine and subsequently having his wedding called off.

She also tweeted she wouldn’t be attending the Met Gala due to its policy of mandatory vaccination. “If I get vaccinated it won’t for the Met,” she tweeted. “It’ll be once I feel I’ve done enough research. I’m working on that now.”

It was a big day — and it’s worth noting right away that there’s absolutely no evidence to her claims about testicles and the COVID vaccine (in fact, COVID itself has been linked to infertility in men).

But, of course, it didn’t end there. She’s now kicked off a shitfight with British Prime Minister Boris Johnson, after he dismissed her testicle claims in a press conference. “I’m not as familiar with the works of Nicki Minaj as I probably should be,” Johnson told reporters. “But I am familiar with the work of Nikki Kanani, who is a superstar GP of Bexley who will tell you that vaccines are wonderful and everybody should get them, so I would prefer to listen to her.”

Nicki wasn’t impressed:

She then sent what must be the only voice note ever sent out on Twitter to old Boris. And please, you must listen — if only for the “I WENT TO SCHOOL WITH MARGARET THATCHER” line:

Truly, the timeline is broken.

And, because nothing on Twitter can happen without this sack of curdled eggs, Piers Morgan then got involved. The two proceeded to thrash it out — Morgan accused the rapper of not talking to his kids when they met her back in the day, while Nicki called him “Pierce” and told him he has a clown nose.

While all that was happening, Dr. Terrence Deyalsingh, health minister of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, released a short statement denouncing Minaj’s original testicle claims — and saying the whole affair had wasted his department’s time.

“Unfortunately we wasted so much time yesterday running down this false claim,” said Deyalsingh. “As far as we know at this point in time, there has been no such reported either side effect or adverse event. And what was sad about this is that it wasted our time yesterday trying to track down because we take all these claims seriously, whether it’s on social media, or mainstream media.”

According to Deyalsingh, not a single case of testicular swelling following the COVID vaccine has been reported in the country.

And while all THAT was happening, Minaj claimed she’d been invited to the White House.

#BallGate indeed. She then followed it up by retweeting notorious right-wing dickhead Tucker Carlson, much to the chagrin and distress of her fans — the Barbz — who quickly pointed out that he’s, uh, a pretty big fucking idiot.

I’m tired.
