The annual iHeartRadio festival took place over the weekend, although this year — given, you know, everything — it was an entirely virtual event.

It still featured a bumper line-up though, with performances from Alicia Keys, BTS, Keith Urban, Migos, Bon Jovi, and a stack more. Miley Cyrus also stepped up for a set, playing through three originals including her Mark Ronson collab ‘Nothing Breaks Like A Heart’, ‘Who Owns My Heart’, and her recent single ‘Midnight Sky’.

More importantly, she expertly tore through a cover of Blondie’s classic track ‘Heart Of Glass’ — gifting the pop cut a (slightly) rough rock makeover. It was the second excellent cover she dropped last week, following Hall & Oates’ ‘Maneater’ which she performed on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.

Watch her cover of ‘Heart Of Glass’ below. Cyrus is currently gearing up to release her new album, She Is Miley Cyrus, the followup to 2017’s Younger Now. She’s reportedly back working with Ronson and pop mastermind Max Martin, and it will feature collaborations with Dua Lipa and Billy Idol — because lord knows she has the range.
