Lisa Wilkinson And Khloe Kardashian Are Now Engaged In What Is Officially 2021’s Weirdest Beef

It’s 2021, so truly anything is possible. This explains why Lisa Wilkinson and Khloé Kardashian are beefing over a photo of a fruit stand.
Yes, I’m serious. The Australian journalist is livid that the reality TV star allegedly stole a photo of a fruit stand she took in Positano in 2019 — a photo that Khloé then decided to share with her 168 million followers without proper credit.
Uploading a screenshot of a message that asked if the image was hers, Lisa wrote over the top: “Yes this is definitely my photo!! Blown up and with no credit???”.

While it’s not likely that Khloé actually ‘stole’ Lisa’s photo intentionally, the whole thing is quite funny.
What likely did happen, is that Khloé grabbed the travel photo from Goop‘s Instagram page after Lisa gave the company permission to repost her image.
“That moment when Gwyneth Paltrow slides into your DMs and asks if she can post that photo you took of that gorgeous roadside fruit stall in Positano, on the Amalfi Coast in Italy a couple of summers ago on her @goop feed,” Lisa wrote on Instagram when the interaction took place on June 14.
“And you say sure Gwyneth, no probs, that’d be fine. And she bloody well does!! Thanks @gwynethpaltrow loved you in Sliding Doors!”
Even though it’s highly unlikely that the Gwyneth Paltrow is manning her company’s social media pages, instead of having a dedicated social media team, Lisa still addressed the actress directly when sharing her experience.
“PS. When I say it was Gwyneth who DM’d me, I don’t know that it was actually Gwyneth HERSELF who did the sliding,” Lisa clarified. “Sure, it could have been her 4IC’s social media assistant who once saw Gwyneth walk past her in the corridor on the way to the loo at Goop… but hey, that’s closer to Gwyneth than I’ve ever got!”

But even though Khloé’s story eventually expired and the photo went on to join the reality star’s graveyard of inspirational quotes, Pinterest pics, and videos shaming her followers for using plastic bottles, Lisa Wilkinson still wasn’t ready to let it go.
Updating the curious and nosey, Lisa let her followers know that she did send a “very polite message” to Khloé about the mix-up, but sadly didn’t get a response. However, Lisa noted that when she did the same to Goop they “responded immediately” and she expressed her gratitude to Gwenyth Paltrow the Goop team.
“I sent a very polite message to Khloe Kardashian – no response,” Lisa informed her followers. “At least the lovely Gwyneth Paltrow asked permission first.”
