Guess we're not getting that reunion.

Looks like we can put those rumours of an Oasis reunion to bed. Just hours after appearing on stage at Ariana Grande’s One Love Manchester benefit gig, lead singer Liam Gallagher has slammed his brother and ex-bandmate Noel for failing to do the same.

Taking to twitter early on Monday morning, the Oasis frontman apologised for his sibling’s absence, saying he was “very disappointed”.

“Noels out of the fucking country weren’t we all love get on a fucking plane and play your tunes for the kids you sad fuck,” he tweeted.

When one fan joked about a possible reunion, Liam responded that “it ain’t about oasis it’s about people helping other people and he’s once again shown his true fucking colours.”

For what it’s worth, Liam and Noel have been publically feuding for years. Last year Liam tweeted a photo of his brother with the caption “potato”, later described him as “the creepiest soul in the world”. Noel, for his part, once called Liam “rude, arrogant, intimidating, and lazy”, adding that he was like “a man with a fork in a world of soup” (which is just an A+ sledge that I definitely plan on stealing).

This is the part of the story, btw, where I could make a joke about looking back in anger, but I won’t because I’m not a hack.
