Benevolent android overlord and music visionary Janelle Monáe is back at it, and once again she’s delivered us something truly stunning. Her new single ‘Pynk’ is a glorious ode to vaginas, femme empowerment and (of course) the colour pink, and you need to see the accompanying music video immediately. 

The new song is the second single off Monáe’s upcoming album Dirty Computer, and it’s her second collaboration with Grimes. The music video features actress Tessa Thompson — more specifically, it features Thompson’s head sandwiched between Monáe’s thighs, which are gloriously clad in what can only be described as vagina pants.

Or more technically vulva pants, but let’s not quibble over anatomical details when there are works of art to behold:
