Angsty punchy boy is back! Netflix has dropped the first full length trailer for the new season of Iron Fist, their fourth best Marvel show. Oh actually I guess there’s The Punisher. And technically The Defenders is its own thing. So sixth best. Their sixth best Marvel show.
In season two, billionaire Danny Rand, aka Iron Fist, aka Loras Tyrell, is back hitting bad guys with his glowing fist and moping about his gift that is also a curse. He didn’t ask to be a hero, it was thrust upon him, or something.
I will say the action scenes look pretty solid. Truck punching! Table punching! Punching through brick walls! I mean, is there anything he can’t punch?? I guess no, punching is sort of the premise of the show.
Iron Fist season two hits Netflix on September 7.
