All The Best Reactions To Gal Gadot’s Terrible Celebrity Coronavirus ‘Imagine’ Video
"Nothing like rich famous people singing 'imagine no possessions' in their mortgage-free homes as the rest of society queue at Aldi for broken biscuits."
Yesterday, Gal Gadot uploaded a celebrity-filled video in response to the COVID-19 coronavirus.
Joined by huge names like Natalie Portman, Amy Adams and Will Ferrell, Gal Gadot rounded up her famous friends to sing John Lennon and Yoko Ono’s ‘Imagine.’ Shared to her Instagram page, Gal explained that she shared the video after “feeling a bit philosophical.”
“It doesn’t matter who you are, where you’re from,” she continued. “We’re all in this together.”

We are in this together, we will get through it together. Let’s imagine together. Sing with us ❤ All love to you, from me and my dear friends. #WeAreOne ……. #KristenWiig #JamieDornan @labrinth @james_marsden @sarahkatesilverman @eddiebenjamin @jimmyfallon @natalieportman @zoeisabellakravitz @siamusic @reallyndacarter @amyadams @leslieodomjr @pascalispunk @chrisodowd @hotpatooties #WillFerrell @markruffalo @norahjones @ashleybenson @kaiagerber @caradelevingne @anniemumolo @princesstagramslam
As imagined the tone-deaf and out of tune video was immediately criticised. ‘Imagine’ is literally a song about unity and equality, with lyrics like “imagine no possessions”. Yet these celebrities, sitting in their multi-million dollar homes with immediate access to COVID-19 testing kits, sing along like everyone is equal.
As COVID-19 continues to spread, many have lost their jobs or are unable to earn money due to social distancing advice. With an estimated collective net worth of $527 million, the celebrities involved were criticised for making a video instead of helping out those in need or donating necessary supplies.
Hey celebs, we don't want to be sung to. We want you to use a million or two of your money and order ventilators, masks, and gloves from the manufacturers then donate them to a hospital. Or pay for the salaries of an entire staff at a bar, restaurant, or daycare. #imagine

Thanks to the sheer ridiculousness of the ‘Imagine’ video, people online just couldn’t help but laugh. Honestly, it’s pretty hard to find anything funnier than 26 grown adults thinking that an off-key singing video is what the world wanted during a pandemic.
So here are all the best reactions to whatever the hell that bonkers video was:
the world: there are thousands of people sick with coronavirus around the world. people are really struggling.

No politician can unify people in the way that the “Imagine” video seems to have united every single person against it.

The Gal Gadot/others Imagine video would have been the perfect 30 Rock plotline wherein Jenna spiraled after not being asked to contribute and publicly announced that she had coronavirus for the attention
