Friends stan, rise! The full-length trailer for the much-anticipated Friends reunion has finally dropped and I’m happy to report it actually looks very good.

Following on from the tiny, and unhelpful, teaser clip HBO MAX put out last week, we now know that Friends: The Reunion will feature our fave New York City besties as they reminisce on, and recreate, all the most iconic moments from the show.

The two-minute trailer opens with Jennifer Aniston, Lisa Kudrow, Courtney Cox, Matt Le Blanc, Matthew Perry, and David Schwimmer revisiting their old apartment set to play the very same trivia game they did in ‘The One With The Embryos’. And while they aren’t battling it out for the good apartment this time, the competitiveness levels in the room are still high. And naturally, the question of Ross and Rachel’s infamous break was hotly debated again.

The trailer also shows the cast reminiscing on their favourite moments, and even redoing some of their most iconic lines featured throughout Friends’ 10 seasons — including Lisa Kudrow and her perfect “MY EYES, MY EYES” line from ‘The One Where Everyone Finds Out’.

But it’s not only just the cast walking down memory lane. Friends: The Reunion is set to be jam-packed full of celebrity guests to help celebrate the impact the show has had over the years.

With James Corden helping out to host the reunion, David Beckham, Justin Bieber, BTS, Cindy Crawford, Cara Delevingne, Malala Yousafzai, Mindy Kaling, Kit Harington and Lady Gaga will also be joining in on the celebration.

And for those hanging out to see a few more familar faces join the TV special, fear not! Iconic characters like Janice (Maggie Wheeler), Richard (Tom Selleck), Jill (Reese Witherspoon), Gunther (Michael Tyler), Ross and Monica’s parents (Christina Pickles and Elliott Gould), Mr Heckles (Larry Hankin), Joey’s hand twin (Thomas Lennon), and the holiday armadillo will all be featured in the reunion too!

In the wise words of Chandler, could we BE any more excited?

‘Friends: The Reunion’ is set to air on May 27 on HBO Max. It will be fast-tracked to Foxtel On Demand and FOX8 on May 27 at 5:02pm AEST.
