Queen and Adam Lambert, Olivia Newton-John and Alice Cooper will headline Fire Fight Australia, a massive stadium benefit concert at Sydney’s ANZ Stadium raising money for the bushfire effort.

Hosted by comedian/fundraiser expert Celeste Barber, the event features a bunch of huge international and local names, including Daryl Braithwaite, Baker Boy, Jessica Mauboy, k.d. lang, Conrad Sewell, Tina Arena and more.

“This is a major musical event which will see globally-renowned artists from Australia and around the world come together to perform and show solidarity with people whose lives have been disrupted by the bushfires,” a statement reads.

Organised by promoters Teg Dainty, Fire Fight will take place on 16 February from 3pm to 10pm.

Tickets come in three tiers — $70, $85, $100 — with all profits and any additional contributions made at time of purchase will go towards regional fire services, the Red Cross disaster relief, and the RSPCA Bushfire Appeal. Tickets are on sale at midday AEDT from Ticketek.

As for other fundraisers, we’ve round up a series of other benefits taking place across January, featuring concerts, stand-up comedy, art auctions and more. The original Wiggles are also re-uniting for a one-off (18+) gig, too.
