Been hankering for a dance ever since the coronavirus pandemic made bumping bodies in a deliriously dingy club a no-go? Then you’re in luck.

For 24 hours, some of the best DJs that the city has to offer are banding together to bring back the boogie. Eleven different venues are getting involved, including those in Newtown, Parramatta and Kings Cross, so wherever in the city you are located, you’ll have a chance to let it all out.

And that line-up! Everyone from Hayley Mary — former Jezabels vocalist — to rising stars Megafauna will be manning the deck, providing an array of different musical styles and genres for you to get involved with. The whole night is being pulled together by hospitality giant Solotel, who’ve joined forces with party starters like Heaps Gay, Motorik, Picnic, Fruit Bowl, and FBi Radio.

It all goes down on Saturday May 15 and runs through until the early hours of Sunday May 16, finishing up at 8am. Dancing until the sun comes up? Sounds pretty good to me.
