Strap in and get ready to do nothing all January because the sixth season of Brooklyn Nine-Nine is headed to Netflix.

Netflix Australia has announced that you’ll be able to stream the sixth season of the cult-favourite comedy from January 11! Which is just enough time to catch up on the Andy Samberg masterpiece before the seventh season hits American screens on February 6, 2020.

While Season 6 of Brooklyn Nine-Nine originally aired on SBS at the start of the year, Aussie fans have been waiting for the show to reach streaming services — so you can watch it precisely as Scorcese intended, on repeat. The announcement follows news of Brooklyn Nine-Nine being recently renewed for an eighth season, much to both the fans and cast’s delight.

The show, which focuses on the mishmash of personalities in 99th Precinct of the New York City Police Department in Brooklyn, has gained cult following over the years. But despite Brooklyn Nine-Nine’s crazy popularity, the show had had a pretty rough journey after getting cancelled then picked right back up in two days.

But the Brooklyn Nine-Nine craze doesn’t show signs of slowing down anytime soon with Season 7 set to air in February and the production of Season 8 commencing soon.

And for that all we can say is… NOICE.
