In February, we got our first trailer for Guardians of the Galaxy — Marvel’s weirdest and riskiest film to date, and the reason Chris Pratt went from Parks and Recreation’s hopelessly wonderful Andy Dwyer to this:

Based on the comic of the same name, the film follows a group of oddball outlaws charged with protecting the universe: Chris Pratt’s Peter Quill, aka Starlord; the bulking green mass of Drax The Destroyer (pro-wrestler Dave Bautista); the alien Gamora (Avatar‘s Zoe Saldana, who greened herself this time ’round); the gun-totin’ sassy raccoon Rocket (Bradley Cooper); and a talking tree called Groot who can only say “I am Groot” (played, hilariously, by Vin Diesel).
In the first trailer we didn’t get to hear Cooper or Diesel’s voicework, but in the new one — which is just as packed with action and humour as its predecessor – it’s all there.
