Nick Keys is a talker and writer. In 2012 he graduated from the Milton Avery Graduate School of Arts at Bard College in New York, working on forms hybrid forms of live-writing and writing for site-specific enactment. Works in this vein have included a performance lecture, Becoming Otherwise Occupied, at Martin Place, on the site of the Occupy Sydney camp, as part of Serial Space’sPerformance Lecture series in 2012. An improvised lecture Jockbot @ Dorkbot, was given in 2011 at Serial Space as part of The Red Room Company’s Clubs and Societies project. A short talk, Sentimental Reason and The Logic of Emotion was given at Bundanon in 2011 as part of its ongoing Siteworks project.
