FOMO Festival — the event that brings the most exciting acts in hip-hop and electronic music to Australia every summer — has just locked in sideshows for some of their 2018 headliners.

Kaytranada and Tourist will team up for one show in Auckland, while rapper Post Malone will play standalone dates in Brisbane and Perth. ‘Drew Barrymore’ hitmaker SZA will play at Powerstation in Auckland and the Enmore in Sydney.

As for the rest of the line-up? FOMO haven’t yet announced sideshows for electronic heavyweights RL Grime and ZHU, LA’s Drezo or London producer pair Stooki Sound.

Local heroes The Kite String Tangle, Nina Las Vegas and Dena Amy round out the 2018 festival line-up.

FOMO will hit Brisbane, Adelaide and Sydney in early January. It will also expand to Melbourne for the first time, taking over Festival Hall for a one-off evening affair dubbed ‘FOMO By Night’ which Kaytranada, Post Malone, SZA, The Kite String Tangle, Deny Amy and Mimi will all play.
