100 New Emojis, Anyone?

I’m sure I’m not alone when I declare the Emoji app to the greatest thing about smartphones. Even dancing red dress lady with no hands agrees.

But since the last upgrade in 2012, there haven’t been any new icons to play with. Where are the racially diverse faces that Miley Cyrus has been advocating for? Where’s the middle finger emoji we all want and need so much? Why is there a red wine glass and not a white wine glass, please?

Thankfully, author, illustrator and comedian Avery Monsen has been creating his own.

Sadly, these are not real emojis. Yet. But tapping the screen and seeing what you land on is a really fun game to play.
