The fan theory that keeps on giving got another update this week, when Steve Harrington, played by actor Joe Keery, from Stranger Things finally came face to face with his long lost son Jean-Ralphio, played by Ben Schwartz, from Parks and Recreation.

Schwartz had previously confirmed Jean-Ralphio’s paternity during a spot on The Late Late Show. It was therefore only fitting that host James Corden be the one to bring father and son together at last.

Confirmed: Steve From ‘Stranger Things’ Is The Father Of Jean-Ralphio From ‘Parks And Rec’

With the help of Entertainment Tonight’s Nischelle Turner, Corden finally managed to get Schwartz and Keery in the same room to discuss the speculation that Steve and Jean-Ralphio were related.

At first the two actors were skeptical, despite the fact that they both rocked up to the interview wearing the exact same outfit. Before long, however, the evidence became too great to deny.

Cue a montage of father and son catching up on some overdue family bonding. How Schwartz got this far in life without learning how to shave we’ll never fully understand.
