Almost 25 years after the original series ended (“I’ll see you again in 25 years.“), David Lynch and Mark Frost are teaming up again to reboot Twin Peaks.

According to Deadline, Showtime have ordered a nine-episode limited series due to air in 2016. Lynch and Frost will write and produce every episode, and Lynch himself will direct. The new series will be set in the present day and hopefully tie up some of the myriad loose ends the show’s abortive finale left dangling.

The best news? Dale Cooper’s coming back.
