Troye Sivan Just Released A Song With One Of The Biggest Producers In The World
Troye Sivan's victory lap continues.
Perth pop act and all round legend Troye Sivan has linked up with superstar producer Martin Garrix for a new single called ‘There For You.’
The pair debuted the track a bit over a month ago while on stage together at Coachella and now the official release has landed, accompanied by a swanky new video. It’s only been out for a couple of days, but it’s already notched up a dizzying 7 million views — watch it below.
It’s just the latest in a series of pop crossovers for Garrix, who is gunning hard for chart domination right now. In the last six months he’s locked down singles with Bebe Rexha and London pop star Dua Lipa, and even toured as support for Justin Bieber on his recent Australian run around.
“I’ve been a fan for ages, and he had an idea for this record, sent it over and the rest is history,” Garrix said of his collab with Troye. “He’s a true artist and on top of that, a good friend.”
Meanwhile, Troye is simply continuing his epic victory lap that started in 2015 with the release of his debut album Blue Neighbourhood. The album scored him an ARIA Award for Song Of The Year with ‘Youth‘, and was also nominated for Best Pop Release and Album Of The Year. Not bad for a 21-year-old.
